bright.boutique features a ticket-based support system that allows you to issue a ticket whenever you wish to raise a question about a purchase. Under “My Account” section => “Orders”, you will find a support button in the “Actions” column next to each order. The ticket will automatically be sent to the vendor and also to the site administrator.
